A large exposed ancient volcanic dyke in the collapse wall of El Golfo and a debris avalanche deposit from a prominent erosion ravine. A landslide leaving from this ravine (forming most of the deposit visible in this picture) destroyed the Bambiches aboriginal village of Guinea village. Today, part of the village has been reconstructed as a museum (Ecomuseo de Guinea) and a protection & breeding center of a subspecies of the re-discovered endemic, and now extinct giant lizard (galliota simonyi), the Lagatario, was built here.
